Export Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Export-Sachbearbeiter, der unsere internationalen Kunden unterstützt und unsere Exportaktivitäten erfolgreich gestaltet.
Aufgaben- Erstellung von Angeboten und Bearbeitung der Aufträge sowie deren terminliche Überwachung
- Erstellung der länderspezifischen Versandunterlagen, der Zolldokumente und Ausfuhranmeldungen
- Schriftliche und telefonische Beratung und Betreuung der internationalen Kunden
- Anlage von Neukunden, Datenpflege im Kundenstamm sowie allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Abwicklung von Akkreditiven
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung bspw. im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel oder der Industrie
- Sie haben Erfahrungen im internationalen Vertrieb sowie der Erstellung von Zoll- und Ausfuhrdokumenten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sie bringen eine zielgerichtete und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit
