About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Measurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurement tasks and supporting high-precision assembly work.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-precision measurement tasks and analyses to ensure the quality standards of our products in the aerospace industry
- Support assembly work to ensure that components and subassemblies are correctly assembled according to technical specifications
- Use laser tracker measurement systems and measuring arms to perform accurate measurements and record precise data
- Prepare measurement reports and routines using the required software to transparently document measurement results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that measurement data is integrated into the entire production process
- Continuously monitor and optimize measurement processes to ensure continuous quality improvement
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field (e.g., measurement technology, precision engineering, mechanical engineering)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in measurement and quality control, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Experience with laser tracker measurement systems and measuring arms
- Proficiency in the necessary software (Polyworks) for creating measurement reports and routines
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex measurement challenges
- Attention to detail, precision, and high accuracy
- Teamwork and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
