Projekt-Team Personalberatung is seeking a skilled Healthcare Event Coordinator to join a dynamic marketing agency specializing in the medical and scientific sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage event concepts tailored for the healthcare industry, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of significant events, including conferences, training sessions for healthcare professionals, and congresses for leading pharmaceutical firms.
  • Provide comprehensive client consultation and support, ensuring full-service solutions for the pharmaceutical market.
  • Handle all aspects of event preparation and follow-up, including project planning, presentations, speaker recruitment, invitation management, and budget oversight.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams, event/product managers from client organizations, and internal staff.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including technical agencies, public relations firms, and external service providers.
  • Assess event success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile detailed reports for clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, event management, natural sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or within advertising agencies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, a collaborative spirit, and innovative thinking.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
