The Role

We are seeking a result-driven and ambitious project manager with strong leadership skills to join our team in Essen. As a project manager, you will be responsible for facilitating a well-structured and smoothly executed process that leads to excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find the right balance between costs, time schedules, and product quality
  • Understand customer demands and wishes and manage the integral project team accordingly
  • Take care of multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner
  • Write project plans and discuss them with clients to create a unique, tailored proposal
  • Create a close relationship with customers and build lasting client relationships

Requirements

  • Perform at a high level
  • Be a well-balanced person who can handle stressful situations well
  • Be accurate and disciplined
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be capable of motivating and encouraging people

Education and Experience

  • Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering from a Technical University (or comparable)
  • Have approximately three years of experience as a designer or engineer
  • Have good knowledge of your profession, design methods, and industrial production methods
  • Have a proven and successful background in project management
  • Have preferably a degree qualified with project management (Prince2 or comparable)

Language Skills

Excellent communication skills in German and English, all spoken and written.
