About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at REWE. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our stores, providing an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly clean and maintain the sales floor, including shelves, displays, and equipment
  • Ensure the store's appearance is always clean and well-maintained, meeting REWE's high standards
  • Take care of the cleanliness of the staff area, including the break room and restrooms
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies safely and effectively

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
