Lead Consultant - Integrated Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive process framework across all Integrated Management System (IMS) areas, including ISO standards such as 27001, 9001, and 14001.
  • Manage the requirements for the centralized IMS platform within the BTC Group.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction related to processes within BTC AG and the broader BTC Group.
  • Execute strategies to achieve identified cost-saving opportunities.
  • Supervise and manage various financial and administrative functions.
  • Provide tactical and strategic guidance to management and local IMS coordinators, along with mentoring for local IMS representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the operation and enhancement of management systems, whether as an internal auditor, reviewer, or part of a certification organization.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or professional certifications.
  • Experience in the implementation and management of a system compliant with ISO 27001.
  • Preferably, familiarity with the implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA process framework.
