Position Overview

Role Purpose

The Gucci Client Advisor and Visual Merchandising Ambassador plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our clientele by addressing their unique needs and preferences. This position also embodies the essence of the Gucci brand, promoting its core values while ensuring the store's visual presentation meets the highest standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets, contributing to overall business growth;
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by exceeding expectations and showcasing in-depth knowledge of products, as well as the history and heritage of Gucci;
  • Drive individual performance metrics by maintaining superior customer service and sales quality;
  • Collect and manage customer data through company tools (CRM) to foster connections, build relationships, and personalize future engagement opportunities;
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting open communication to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience and a positive workplace atmosphere;
  • Uphold security protocols within the store to safeguard customers, staff, and merchandise.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to adhere to global VM guidelines, ensuring accurate representation within the store;
  • Adapt store merchandising strategies based on specific requirements, regional needs, and market trends;
  • Provide visual merchandising support for in-store events, window displays, special projects, and installations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role;
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and store performance metrics;
  • Strong ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Significant experience in creating visual displays and optimizing space utilization;
  • Demonstrated experience as a visual merchandiser;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs;
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
