About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at Compass Group Deutschland. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing snacks and dishes, supporting sales and cash handling, and assisting guests at the food counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality snacks and dishes to our customers
• Support our sales team with efficient cash handling and customer service
• Assist guests at the food counter, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Presentation of products in a visually appealing manner
• Cleanliness and maintenance of the counter and kitchen equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not required
• Service-oriented personality and strong team player skills
• Good knowledge of German language and culture
• Professional appearance and good manners
