Overview
We are seeking a dedicated "Quality Manager for Customer Support Projects (f/m/d)" within the "Engineering Product and Project Quality" division at our Ulm location.The "Engineering Product and Project Quality" team oversees various programs including Electronic Warfare, Avionics, and Radar, along with the related development, sales, and logistics functions.
This department is committed to ensuring that processes are implemented effectively and with minimal risk throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to contractual obligations while efficiently executing relevant quality tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Operate autonomously within an integrated project team, including managing the associated reporting systems Ensure adherence to processes while considering contractual obligations and project-specific tasks Plan and implement all quality-related activities with an emphasis on customer support Oversee the qualification and acceptance of testers Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding project-related quality matters Validate product compliance with legal standards and contractual requirements Guarantee the risk-minimized achievement of project objectives within defined performance, timeline, and budget constraints Contribute to test planning, product validation, and verification of systems and subsystems, as well as equipmentWillingness to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally, is essential.
Candidate Profile
Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in quality management and/or development Proficient knowledge of risk and requirements management Strong initiative, leadership capabilities, and teamwork skills Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to reach consensus with clients and partner organizations Proficient in German and competent in EnglishAdditional Benefits
