About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at Sport-Tiedje. As a Sales Associate for Sports, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect product from our extensive range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and expert customer advice in-store and over the phone
  • Sell fitness equipment and sports products
  • Process customer orders and inquiries
  • Develop and present sales offers
  • Support the service team with delivery and installation of fitness equipment

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in retail or sports and fitness sales
  • High affinity for sports and fitness
  • Knowledge of the sports and fitness industry
  • Experience in sales
  • Safe and respectful handling of customers
  • Well-groomed appearance, good manners, and good communication skills in German
  • PC and internet skills
