ESG Client Relations Manager Germanic Market Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Client Relations Manager to join our team in the Germanic Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on ESG solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ESG solutions and their applications in the Germanic Market.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on ESG-related matters, including corporate sustainability ratings, ESG controversy screenings, and sustainable finance regulatory solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients with queries on research content and methodology, and provide technical assistance on the usage of online platforms and data delivery.
  • Coordinate with the data deliverable team to set up regular or ad hoc data deliveries for clients.
  • Interact with the research team to gain further in-depth topic insight and provide feedback on needed products and services.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.
  • Strong project and time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to grasp a broad stakeholder landscape, multiple work processes, and understand interlinkages.
  • Strong interest in ESG and responsible investment.
  • Experience or strong interest in client-facing roles and ability to understand key client needs.
