Job Title: Purchasing Manager CAPEX

The ideal candidate will lead all capital expenditure (CapEx) procurement activities, focusing on high-value purchases such as equipment, facilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects. As the Purchasing Manager for CapEx, you will manage an annual budget exceeding €200 million EUR, driving strategic procurement initiatives to ensure cost-effective solutions. This role may involve up to 25% travel to international suppliers and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all CapEx procurement efforts, focusing on machinery, equipment, and construction projects.
  • Manage a CapEx budget of over €200 million EUR, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with project milestones and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in CapEx procurement, particularly in manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and execute strategic procurement plans.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
