About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Administrator to join our team at MULTIVAC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Group Controller to provide financial support to business units and subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in the FI/CO module
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • Enjoy working in national and international teams, as well as on projects
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and digitalization in process optimization
