Das Institut für Rettungs- und Notfallmedizin (IRuN) am Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein hat erfolgreich Fördermittel für ein Fellowship im Bereich der Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstand-Forschung akquiriert. Basierend auf den umfangreichen Erfahrungen des IRuN in der Reanimations- und Versorgungsforschung wird Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen und -wissenschaftlern eine einzigartige Forschungsumgebung geboten. Ziel dieses innovativen Programms ist es, das Wissen und Verständnis über Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstände zu vertiefen und zu verbreiten sowie den Fellows die Möglichkeit zur internationalen wissenschaftlichen Vernetzung zu bieten. Durch dieses Projekt wird ein Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Überlebensraten von Patientinnen und Patienten nach einem Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstand geleistet.

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Eingruppierung in die Entgeltgruppe Ä1 (Assistenzärztin/Assistenzarzt) oder Ä2 (Fachärztin/Facharzt) gemäß den tariflichen Vorgaben.
  • Eine Vollzeitstelle mit derzeit 42 Stunden pro Woche; Teilzeitarbeit kann im Rahmen flexibler Arbeitszeitmodelle vereinbart werden.
  • Zwei internationale Rotationen über jeweils zwei Wochen sowie die Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme an weiteren Seminaren und Kongressen.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit über ein Jahr im Bereich der Versorgungs- und Reanimationsforschung des IRuN am Standort Kiel mit wissenschaftlicher Begleitung und Supervision.
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von mindestens zwei wissenschaftlichen Forschungsprojekten im Bereich der Reanimationsforschung mit dem Ziel, jeweils eine internationale Publikation zu erreichen - darunter ein Projekt mit direktem Bezug zur Reanimationsversorgung in der Region.
  • Teilnahme an zwei Seminaren (z. B. Statistik in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Forschungsinstitut, Epidemiologie, Versorgungsforschung, Public Health) sowie an einem international anerkannten Kurs des European Resuscitation Council.
  • Regelmäßige Schulungen im Bereich Notfall- und Intensivmedizin für verschiedene Berufsgruppen sowie Einbindung in die studentische Lehre zur Stärkung der eigenen Lehrkompetenz.
  • Beteiligung am Notarztdienst zur Erhaltung praktischer Fertigkeiten, wobei die Stellenaufteilung 80% Forschung und 20% Notarztdienst umfasst.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Approbationsurkunde, Promotionsurkunde und Promotionsschrift (als PDF), ggf. Facharztzeugnis oder Nachweis über den Stand der Facharztweiterbildung sowie Urkunde zur Zusatzbezeichnung Notfallmedizin.
  • Publikationsliste der letzten fünf Jahre inklusive PDF der wichtigsten eigenen Publikationen.
  • Lebenslauf in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie ein Motivationsschreiben, das Ihr Interesse am Fellowship darstellt (maximal zwei Seiten) in beiden Sprachen.
  • Projektskizze für ein eigenes Forschungsprojekt im Rahmen des Fellowships (maximal zwei Seiten) in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Mindestens eine internationale Publikation im Bereich der notfallmedizinischen Forschung und überdurchschnittliches Interesse an der notfallmedizinischen Versorgungsforschung.

Ziele des Fellowship-Programms:

  • Entwicklung eines Forschungsplans im Einklang mit den bestehenden Schwerpunkten des Instituts für Rettungs- und Notfallmedizin in der notfallmedizinischen Versorgungsforschung.
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von mindestens zwei wissenschaftlichen Forschungsprojekten mit dem Ziel, jeweils eine internationale Publikation zu erreichen.
  • Analyse von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten der innerklinischen Notfallversorgung und eigenständige Entwicklung von Projekten zur Qualitätssteigerung.
  • Analyse und Optimierung im sektorenübergreifenden Versorgungsnetzwerk.
  • Ausarbeitung und Angebot von Vorträgen zum Thema des Fellowships für die Ärztekammern zur Einbindung der Ärzteschaft im stationären und ambulanten Bereich.
