We are a leading business partner in the pharmaceutical industry, seeking a highly skilled Medical Manager to join our team in Holzkirchen. As a Medical Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and execution of key operational activities and processes for local Phase IV studies or non-interventional studies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and execution of medical strategies and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and review medical/scientific/promotional materials and activities for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct medical reviews and provide input on clinical trial protocols, study reports, and other medical documents.
  • Support the Quality and Pharmacovigilance team in the documentation and reporting of adverse drug reactions and technical/product-related complaints.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the medical department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or other related natural sciences, preferably with a doctorate.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of medical affairs, with a focus on medical operations, medical information, project management, and data generation projects.
  • Fluency in German and English, both oral and written.
  • High level of communication and teamwork skills, quality orientation, customer focus, flexibility, and results orientation.
