At Münchner Verlagsgruppe, a leading name in the German non-fiction publishing industry, we are dedicated to producing exceptional titles across various genres, including a wide array of bestsellers in the non-book and gift book categories. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Trainee (m/f/d) in the NonBook and Gift Book Program Area.

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary

If you have recently completed your university education and possess a genuine passion for literature and games, along with the ability to work autonomously, we invite you to consider this opportunity. Ideal candidates are motivated, goal-oriented, open-minded, and possess strong communication skills.

Throughout the 18-month training program, you will acquire practical knowledge in a dynamic environment. You will engage in various facets of the publishing workflow under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, honing the skills essential for a successful editorial career. This will encompass supporting the manuscript development process to its final form and managing smaller projects independently.
