Position Overview

We are looking for a Dual Student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management and Digitalization to embark on a journey of learning and development.

In partnership with FOM University Düsseldorf, you will engage with theoretical business principles alongside digital study modules. You will investigate areas such as digital transformation, project management, finance, investment, and IT management.

At Gerresheimer AG, you will receive structured training and gain insights into IT governance domains, including IT procurement processes, IT financial management, IT operations, policies, and the IT project management office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in IT procurement processes for cross-functional IT services and evaluating IT service providers while considering technical, commercial, information security, and data protection factors
  • Overseeing and managing the IT budget
  • Enhancing and digitalizing existing IT workflows
  • Standardizing methods, processes, and tools for IT projects and actively participating in various projects

In addition to IT governance, you will also have the chance to explore other departments within Gerresheimer.

  • You possess a solid educational background (high school diploma or equivalent with an IT focus)
  • You are a collaborative team player who embraces responsibility
  • You have a strong numerical aptitude and excellent organizational skills
  • As we operate internationally, proficiency in both German and English is essential
