Primary Responsibilities:- Introduce innovative concepts to enhance our resilient and reliability-focused Golang backend, distributed across multiple global data centers.
- Convert business and technical needs into features and architectural enhancements. In a senior capacity, you will lead the design and implementation of new microservices and architectural transformations.
- Aggregate and standardize all minor variations of APIs and user interactions.
- Continuously refine our existing codebase and system architecture.
- Collaborate with specialists from various technological domains and regions, gaining insights from your seasoned colleagues while sharing your expertise.
- Engage with diverse roles within our cross-functional teams.
- 4-5 years of experience in backend or cloud software development. Mid-level: 2+ years of experience.
- Proficient in Go with at least 2 years of experience in Golang. Mid-level: 1+ year(s) experience.
- Strong grasp of software architecture, distributed systems, and application design.
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, and accountable.
- Optional: Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Svelte.
- Optional: Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, ECS, Kafka, and SQS.
