Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in our bakery store in Jena. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Selling and promoting our products in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of baked goods and retail sales
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
