Position: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning and management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist Key Account Managers across various departments
  • Develop technically and commercially intricate proposals and manage the order processing
  • Design energy systems in accordance with customer specifications and relevant regulations
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and prepare tailored documentation and performance tests

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or a similar qualification with a technical and business background
  • Experience in sales support, particularly within a technical context
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and results-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Proficient in IT systems, particularly MS 365 Office applications, Salesforce, and SAP
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
