Coffee Circle is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and log incoming goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Process returns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Transport roasted coffee from our production facilities to our logistics warehouse and cafes using our Sprinter (3.5 tons)
- Maintain and clean our transporter to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with our international team in Berlin to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics and inventory management
- Class B driver's license required
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
- Punctuality, reliability, and commitment are essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Interest in the coffee industry
- Minimum B1 level proficiency in German, English skills are advantageous
