We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store runs efficiently when they are not present.
- Provide excellent customer service at the checkout and throughout the store, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the store's shelves are always fully stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of our products.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is an asset, but not required.
- You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
