msg global solutions is seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee the financial planning and analysis operations. As the Head of Global Controlling, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and decision-making.
• Manage the planning process for the msg global Group, including budgets, forecasts, and medium-term planning.
• Organize and carry out reporting to the Management Board and management departments.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Units to drive financial performance and implement effective financial controls.
• Manage and customize controlling systems, including SAP SAC and LucaNet.
• Support M&A projects, including due diligence processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within Finance/Controlling.
• Expert knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Current business knowledge with a high growth mindset.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, diverse environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO/SAC.
• Fluent in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
