Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent risk and compliance analyses and drive specific compliance projects forward.
- Process and evaluate compliance reports, research and assess connections, and adapt compliance regulations.
- Take over the relevant screening of laws, adapt compliance guidelines, and assume the function of the human rights officer in accordance with the LKSG.
- Perform effectiveness controls within the framework of audits and document them.
- Be a contact and advisor for employees and decentralized compliance managers, as well as conduct training and further education.
- Support and represent the compliance manager of the group in the central office and further develop the group-wide compliance management system.
- Support reporting to supervisory bodies and management.
- In an increasingly regulatory environment, shape compliance culture independently and strengthen the compliance culture of the badenova Group.
Requirements:
- Hold a commercial education, preferably as a merchant/buyer for business management (m/w/d) and ideally with knowledge of basic compliance regulations (including LKSG).
- Have professional experience in the field of compliance or revision.
- Be willing to take responsibility to conduct compliance projects and audits independently.
- Be a networker and communicator (m/w/d) with a strong advisory and persuasion ability – you can translate complex issues into a clear language.
- Be structured and detail-oriented with an independent working style, as well as sovereign, morally sound, and respectful in dealing with employees.
- Be pragmatic, willing to take on tasks, and have a desire for a challenging and varied activity.
- Be experienced and confident in using MS-Office.
