Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Welder (m/w/d) to join our team at SCHMID. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding plastic parts to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welding plastic parts to specified drawings and quality standards
  • Operating and maintaining welding equipment and machinery
  • Ensuring high-quality welds and meeting production targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals
  • Participating in quality control and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of technical vocational training (e.g. as a carpenter)
  • Several years of experience in plastic welding (desirable) or internal qualification
  • Knowledge of plant engineering (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and self-reliant working style
