• Providing exceptional member support on the training floor and during the Milon Circuit sessions
• Offering therapeutic assistance for rehabilitation and follow-up clients
• Facilitating engaging fitness group classes
• Conducting personalized training sessions tailored to individual needs
• Participating in informative discussions and sales interactions
• Implementing member retention strategies (acquisition, retention, sales, consultation)
• Managing administrative duties (scheduling, customer data management, etc.)
• Assisting our reception team with various tasks

• A degree in sports science, fitness economics, or a relevant certification is preferred
• Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, organizational capabilities, and teamwork
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for sports and fitness
