Ergotherapist Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Ergotherapist to lead our team of caregivers at DSG Deutsche Seniorenstift Gesellschaft. As a leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the caregiving department, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Ergotherapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a caregiving setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
