Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive support to both national and international clients
  • Managing and tracking inquiries, quotations, customer orders, and projects, including export documentation
  • Reviewing and negotiating pricing and delivery conditions
  • Conducting regular analyses of customer needs and market trends
  • Participating in industry congresses, trade exhibitions, and client visits as needed
  • Collaborating closely with teams in purchasing, warehousing, export, and marketing
Required Qualifications
  • A degree in business or commercial studies
  • Extensive experience in sales within the medical technology sector
  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and resilience
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NAVISION)
