Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive support to both national and international clients
- Managing and tracking inquiries, quotations, customer orders, and projects, including export documentation
- Reviewing and negotiating pricing and delivery conditions
- Conducting regular analyses of customer needs and market trends
- Participating in industry congresses, trade exhibitions, and client visits as needed
- Collaborating closely with teams in purchasing, warehousing, export, and marketing
- A degree in business or commercial studies
- Extensive experience in sales within the medical technology sector
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and resilience
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NAVISION)
