Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team at CONDOK. As a key member of our Integrated Logistic Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Concept Development: Create comprehensive security concepts based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, including technical documentation and on-site inspections, to identify potential security risks.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, evaluate results, and recommend suitable solutions to mitigate identified risks.
  • IT Structure Visualization: Develop and maintain accurate visualizations of IT structures to ensure effective security measures are in place.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with military clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Project Management Support: Take on responsibility for subprojects and provide support to project management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in standard software products, especially MS Office, and basic knowledge in IT, networks, servers, and client structures.
  • Soft Skills: Structured, analytical, and independent work ethic, motivated to further educate in information security, and excellent German language skills.
