Job Description

Job Title: Junior Professional Controlling

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Professional Controlling to join our team at Schwarz Dienstleistung. As a key member of our Controlling Group, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for the Schwarz Group, including monthly top-management reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT and administrative departments to ensure seamless data integration and process optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously develop and refine financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Special Projects: Develop and present special analyses and reports to senior management, including market and competitor analysis.
  • System Implementation: Support the implementation of new consolidation systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or Accounting.
  • Experience: First-hand experience in Controlling or Accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP, strong communication and IT skills, and a structured and independent work style.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player with a sense of responsibility, engagement, and a willingness to learn and grow.
