Facility Management Specialist | Building Operations

Our client, a family-run enterprise focused on property renovation and real estate management in Bremen and its neighboring regions, is seeking a committed professional in Facility Management | Administration | Building Operations (m/f/d) for a full-time or part-time role.

Your Key Responsibilities- Developing and enhancing technical facility management systems
- Providing technical oversight of the property portfolio as a facility manager
- Engaging with subcontractors
- Coordinating and ensuring the quality of subcontractor services
- Managing the complete building technology
- Relevant experience as a building technician or in a comparable role
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a facilities technician in heating, ventilation, sanitation, or another building technology field
- Valid Driver's license Class B
- Strong motivation to contribute positively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible working hours
