Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
1. Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic plans to address customer requirements and tactical sales initiatives for key projects, ensuring timely deal closures and accurate forecasting. Create a comprehensive approach to engage Axway customers, encompassing Sales, Services, Presales, and Support. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets across Cloud, License, and Services. Drive new business acquisition and generate opportunities through a robust partner ecosystem and marketing strategies.2. Customer Engagement
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key executives within accounts. Articulate a vision to meet executive needs and contribute to their digital transformation initiatives. Utilize insights into business challenges and industry trends to inform strategies. Build a network of stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong and sustainable relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts. Cultivate a culture of customer satisfaction. Assess the landscape of partners, software vendors, and other technology providers within accounts.3. Partner Collaboration
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key partners in the region. Work alongside partners to create and evaluate a joint pipeline of opportunities, establishing success plans for deals.Required Qualifications
Qualifications include:
A dynamic, determined, and customer-focused personality with resilience. Strong understanding of general business practices, industry trends, and organizational roles. Passion for nurturing long-term, high-level relationships with customers and partners. Proven track record of achieving revenue goals through measurable and ambitious performance indicators. Ability to lead and motivate Axway teams across presales, services, marketing, and support in customer projects. Experience working with a diverse ecosystem of partners and independent software vendors. A commitment to trust and autonomy, coupled with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire positive behaviors. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Software Solution Sales to Large Enterprises is essential. Experience in on-premise and Cloud/SaaS software solutions sales, ERP, business applications, and/or Middleware sectors.
