The Operations and Risk division at Statkraft serves as the central hub for all operational support related to Trading and Origination activities, as well as Asset Management across Europe and the US. This department oversees all processes and operations within the Back Office for both regions, encompassing Risk Management, New Product Development, Investment Support, and the Digitalization Office aimed at enhancing Trading and Origination functions.
The Digitalization Office's mission is to generate value for Statkraft's Trading and Origination by delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to various departments, including Trading (MT), Origination (MO), Operations & Risk (MR), and Finance (MF), while maintaining a strategic and professional collaboration with the IT department. These digital solutions encompass systems, tools, and data governance.
Within our Global Customer Platform team (MRDC), we are seeking a dedicated professional to fulfill the role of Functional Architect for our CRM solution. This team is tasked with managing the solutions that support customer operations in the Continental and UK markets, as well as CRM solutions on a global scale. Currently, the team comprises 12 members and is set to expand to cover a broader range of solutions in the future.
The unit collaborates closely with the Trading & Origination, Operations & Risk, and Finance departments, while also serving as a vital strategic partner to the IT department.
We are in search of a Functional Architect who can spearhead the continuous enhancement of processes and tools in close partnership with our internal stakeholders across Origination, Operations, Risk, internal IT, and external vendors. The responsibilities of the Functional Architect include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with the business to comprehend processes and requirements; designing solution concepts and implementing changes and new features within established timelines.
- Overseeing CRM process and system implementations from initial concept through to deployment, acting as both solution designer and implementer.
- Collaborating closely with the CRM Product Owner as part of the Development Team for our internal customers.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for CRM systems and processes.
- Operating within an agile environment and addressing ad-hoc requests while providing first-level support as needed.
- A relevant university degree, preferably a master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience in Sales and Operations within the Energy sector and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong skills in process design, automation, and technical capabilities to facilitate lean and automated process solutions.
- Experience or certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred experience in Python and/or APEX programming.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in a results-oriented, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage.
