Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our new business field "Abrechnung im ERP-System WOWIPORT von Dr. Klein". Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the setup and implementation of the new business field.
  • Providing expert support to your colleagues in case of technical or professional challenges.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our customers and internal team members.
  • Handling application-related, specialized inquiries and keeping our customers and team informed.
  • Coordinating the interface functions between our internal systems and the ERP system of our customers.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to analyze and resolve errors.
  • Supporting the exchange of data between our Techem and customer systems for the creation of Umlagenabrechnungen.
  • Creating requirements for optimization, further development, and new development.
  • Supporting the leadership of customer care in professional, procedural, and organizational matters.
Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting our customers with expert advice and maintaining a clear overview. Your profile should include:

  • A commercial or technical education, a completed degree, or a vocational qualification, preferably in the field of housing and energy management or the heat metering industry.
  • Experience in application support/IT support, preferably in the ERP system WOWIPORT from Dr. Klein.
  • Curiosity and engagement.
  • Professional competence, team spirit, and good communication skills.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
