Unser Team in der Exportabteilung sucht nach einem Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d), der uns in den kommenden zwei Jahren unterstützt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist Teil des Customer Service Export Teams und verantwortest die Auftragsbearbeitung für unsere internationalen Kunden.
- Du erfasst Kundenaufträge in unserem SAP-System.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen in deinem eigenen Kundenbereich, einschließlich der Prüfung von Beständen, Preisen und Konditionen, der Disposition von Verladungen sowie der Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften.
- Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden während des gesamten Auftragsprozesses und bei Reklamationen.
- Zusätzlich übernimmst du administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Customer Service, wie die Beantragung von Ursprungszeugnissen und Zertifikaten.
Das bringst du mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder SAP S/4 HANA oder die Bereitschaft, dich in diese Systeme einzuarbeiten.
- Sicheren Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung.
- Die Fähigkeit, dich und deinen Arbeitsbereich gut zu organisieren.
- Kommunikationsstärke sowohl extern mit unseren Kunden als auch intern mit den benachbarten Teams.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit.
