At alcemy GmbH, we're on a mission to reduce the massive CO2 footprint of the cement and concrete industry. Our innovative approach leverages machine learning to provide smart production control software to the cement and concrete supply chain, enabling the production of low-carbon cement and concrete at large scale.

As a key member of our PR & Marketing Team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to raise awareness about the importance of sustainability in the construction industry.

**Your Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
* Create and manage content for our website, LinkedIn account, and newsletter
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of PR and marketing campaigns
* Research and prepare content related to sustainable concrete, Greentech, and decarbonization
* Support the organization of events and our webinar of the alcemy academy

**Requirements:**

* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, PR, Media, Marketing, or a related field at a German university
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
* A passion for sustainability and Greentech topics
* Good research and analytical skills

**Hiring Process:**

Our hiring process is fully remote and we'll communicate with you over email and video chat.

* Initial 1:1 screening call (30 minutes) with one of our team members
* Complete a take-home task relevant to the actual work you'd be doing
* A team and technical interview (60 minutes) with 2 of your future team members

**Note:**

We cannot offer relocation support for this position, and due to regulations, you need to be enrolled in a German university.
