Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Bestandskund*innen der Sparda-Banken über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, einschließlich Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Kundeninteraktion und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt sind wünschenswert.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse sind notwendig.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ohne Dialekt.
  • Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten.
