About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Analyst to join our Behavioral Data Squad. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, governance, and observability across our digital tracking infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Governance: Accountable for maintaining and improving our data catalogue, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality documentation.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data product managers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to create reusable data products, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
- Drive Business Growth: Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.
- Mentor and Guide: Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within our team, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness.
- Technical Expertise: Review and improve the implementations of multiple teams across domains, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with a background in digital tracking and tag management in a B2C environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with experience working with data visualisation tools like Tableau.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business problems and present findings in a clear and precise manner.
