• Installation and configuration of laser systems and automation technologies, alongside application setup
• Assistance in the formulation of welding strategies from the conceptual stage
• Deployment of process software utilizing artificial intelligence
• Setup of laser applications for electric drive systems and energy storage solutions
• Examination, replication, and troubleshooting of issues
• Development of setup guidelines and error reporting documentation
• Technical liaison for both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Validation, process enhancement, and production assistance
• Adherence to quality and safety standards
• Mentoring and guidance for new team members

Qualifications

• Completed education in electronics/mechatronics or a related discipline
• Excellent collaborator in a multicultural setting
• Proficiency in English
• Organized and self-sufficient work methodology
• Adaptability, confidence, and readiness to travel
