We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Manager (m/w/d) for our Heavy-Duty Transport team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating large-scale transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

• Plan and coordinate large-scale transport operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Select and appoint suitable transport companies and vehicles, and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor transport operations and ensure timely delivery of goods, communicating with customers, transport companies, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare and manage transport documents, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize transport operations.

• Relevant education and experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in transport and dispatch software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
• Fluency in German, with English language skills a plus.
