Project Manager for Electrical Engineering in Infrastructure Development

Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines planning and execution of cutting-edge technology with the opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure project? We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at DB InfraGO AG in Frankfurt (Main).

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the Neubaustrecke project, which is a critical component of Germany's transportation infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project's electrical engineering aspects, including the installation of overhead lines and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Coordinate and manage the work of external contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and external partners to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Infrastructure Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering or infrastructure development sector
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Asana
