About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Seller Services team in Germany or Luxembourg. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business development and compliance efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Defining and Driving New Growth Opportunities: Identify and develop strategies to drive growth for German Sellers, working closely with product, tax, finance, and legal teams.
  • Leading Seller Engagement Efforts: Coordinate efforts among tech, legal, tax, finance, business, and ops teams to help DE and EU Sellers comply with regulations.
  • Leading a Team of SMEs: Manage a team of ~15 SMEs across EU to coordinate Seller engagement efforts for compliance.
  • Partnering with Product Teams: Collaborate with product teams to build improvements in compliance roadmap based on voice of the seller.
  • Providing Updates to Leadership: Report on growth programs and compliance progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience in Program or Project Management: Proven experience in managing programs or projects, with a focus on driving growth and compliance.
  • Experience with Data and Metrics: Ability to use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience in Complex Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems in a tight schedule environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally: Experience working with non-tech teams to drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or MBA: Advanced degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • Experience Leading Process Improvements: Proven experience in leading process improvements and driving business outcomes.
