Payroll Specialist

Motor-Nützel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in Bayreuth.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for designated areas within the company. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration, including:
- Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll calculations and ensure compliance with relevant tax and social security regulations.
- Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding personnel matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting & Compliance: Manage reporting requirements, including certifications and audits, while liaising effectively with relevant authorities.
- Timekeeping Management: Oversee all aspects of timekeeping, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours worked.
- Data Analysis: Produce comprehensive payroll statistics and analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Personnel Administration: Handle all personnel-related correspondence, including contract changes, transfers, compensation adjustments, and other relevant documentation.
- Record Keeping & Benefits: Maintain accurate employee records, manage vacation schedules, and oversee contract management. Act as a liaison for internal pension schemes and external partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless payroll integration and financial reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field or as a tax clerk.
- In-depth knowledge of tax and social security law.
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, independence, and initiative.
- Strong customer service orientation and flexibility.
