Your Responsibilities
  • Work in à la carte, breakfast, event, daily, and evening operations
  • Prepare mise en place
  • Support the kitchen team with all tasks
  • Daily cleaning of kitchen utensils, equipment, and storage areas
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines
Your Profile
  • Be Yourself – be authentic and true to yourself
  • Cooking is your passion
  • Completed culinary training or apprenticeship (desired)
  • Initial work experience in the kitchen, such as chef, sous chef, or kitchen assistant (an advantage)
  • Engagement, creativity, reliability, and flexibility
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Good language skills in German or English
