Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Precision Machinist to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As a Precision Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Numerical Control (NC) machines, ensuring high-quality production of composite aircraft parts for Premium AEROTEC.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain NC machines, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting

• Read and interpret production plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production

• Perform quality control checks on finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications

• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining, NC machine operation, or related field

• Strong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production plans

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality
