SAP PP Application Management Support Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead SAP PP for Application Management Support to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a small team of PP, MM, EWM, WM, and QM specialists in R/3, S/4 HANA, and S/4 HANA Public Cloud support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage a team of specialists in PP, MM, EWM, WM, and QM to ensure seamless support for R/3, S/4 HANA, and S/4 HANA Public Cloud applications.
  • Implement and extend complex requirements in Customizing/Development for the Production and Materials Management area.
  • Analyze technical application problems in detail to identify root causes and resolve issues.
  • Manage 3rd-Level Support Tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and create specifications for technical implementation.
  • Continuously expand your technical knowledge and that of your team in this area.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of the entire value chain and business and logistical connections within a company.
  • Experience in the production industry.
  • Several years of practical experience in IT-based support for SAP projects in the PP, QM, MM, WM, or EWM area.
  • Experience in handling support requests (Incidents, Changes, and Service Requests).
  • Strong service-oriented working style.
  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working style.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, team development, and training events.
  • Hybrid working style with flexibility regarding presence (combination of home office and office days).
