Join our team in the Future Office Strategy (FOS) as we transform the working environment for numerous employees in the Stuttgart area. Our focus is on transitioning from traditional workspaces to collaborative and shared environments. This extensive project encompasses various topics, including office planning, project management, communication, digitalization, occupational health and safety, and labor law.

We are seeking a creative individual to assist in the strategic management of the Future Office Strategy. Your role will involve steering the project, providing communication support, and contributing to its strategic development. If you thrive in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management in the comprehensive planning and control of FOS projects
  • Assist in organizing and executing planning workshops
  • Prepare steering committees and internal coordination meetings
  • Create, coordinate, and monitor schedules and timelines
  • Conduct project controlling regarding costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Develop presentations, decision papers, documentation, profitability analyses, and reports
  • Collaborate closely with a small team, requiring strong teamwork and adaptability to new topics

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, real estate management, civil engineering, or social sciences
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • Commitment and ability to work collaboratively
  • Analytical mindset and strategic approach
  • Enjoy working with people
