To maintain and expand this successful trajectory, we are seeking a dedicated and responsible Cybersecurity Operations Manager / ISB / ISO 27001 Auditor (m/f/d) for our internal IT service center.
- Oversee, manage, and organize the ISO-27001 certification process
- Coordinate the information security process and participate in related tasks according to ISO 27001
- Document and analyze internal company processes, deriving appropriate measures within the ISMS framework
- Conduct and support risk assessments
- Initiate and manage awareness and training programs related to information security
- Collaborate with other security representatives, including the data protection officer, IT infrastructure managers, and application owners
- Prepare, assist, document, and follow up on internal audits and basic protection checks to ensure the effectiveness and functionality of the ISMS
- Prepare, support, and follow up on external audits
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding all information security inquiries
- Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and applications or a similar field
- Relevant knowledge of IT security technologies and concepts, along with basic understanding of data protection
- Ideally, a degree in Computer Science with a Master of Science, Information Security, or a comparable qualification – though this is not mandatory
- Optional: Certification in ISO 27001
- Enjoyment in communicating with various departments and a balanced mix of theory and practice
- Pragmatic, diplomatic, and possessing a sense of humor – these are the qualities we seek
