Job Description

As a Straßenbauer:in at STRABAG Großprojekte GmbH, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the field of road construction and maintenance. Our company offers a comprehensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects
• Operate various machinery and equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
• Perform earthworks, including excavation, grading, and compaction
• Assist in the preparation and application of materials, such as asphalt, concrete, and aggregates
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Realschulabschluss or equivalent
• Good understanding of mathematics and technical principles
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• Monthly salary: €935.00 (1st year), €1,230.00 (2nd year), €1,495.00 (3rd year)
