**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at KAEFER. As a Project Manager for Ship Interior Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire interior construction process of (river) cruise ships, from planning to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of interior construction projects on (river) cruise ships, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget compliance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, subcontractors, and external partners to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant education and experience in a related field, such as shipbuilding, interior construction, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on ship interior construction or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
